Feeder Cattle Auction Report for 01/03/2020
Receipts: 494 Two Weeks Ago: 1320 Year ago: 634
A very light offering of feeder cattle this week were not tested with the
tested market two weeks ago, feeders sold mostly in small packages and
singles. A nice offering of slaughter cows sold steady to firm with
spots 2.00 higher. A Special Feeder Cattle Auction will be held nest
week expecting over 2000 head.
Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1-2 pkg 448 lbs 164.00; few 500-550
lbs 150.50-162.00; few unweaned 560-565 lbs 130.50-140.50; pkg 612 lbs
143.50, pkg 657 lbs 148.00. Medium 1-2 500-550 lbs 143.00-149.00; pkg
655 lbs 125.00.
