Compared to last week, feeder steers and heifers 400-700 lbs mostly steady. Demand moderate to good. Supply light, mostly small packages of 500-700 lbs feeders, near 37 percent steers and bulls, 37 percent heifers, 26 percent cows and 13 percent feeders over 600 lbs. Slaughter cows mostly steady.
Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1 few small pkgs 425-500 lbs 108.50- 118.00; 500-600 lbs 103.00-111.00, few fleshy/unweaned 98.00-99.00; pkg 638 lbs 102.00; pkg unweaned 620 lbs 95.00; 650-700 lbs 94.75-99.75 pkg 710 lbs 93.75. Medium and Large 1-2 475-500 lbs 109.50-113.50; 500-550 lbs 106.50-109.50; 600-650 lbs 98.50-102.00; few 800-850 lbs 81.25-81.50. Medium 1 500-550 lbs 97.00-97.50.
