Compared to last week, not enough feeders for adequate price test, except for
two pot-loads of 800-850 lbs heifers 5.00-10.00 higher. Demand good. Supply
light on a cow special, near 17 pct steers and bulls, 48 pct heifers, 30 pct
cows, 5 pct slaughter steers and heifers and 27 pct mostly heifers over 600 lbs.
Slaughter cows firm to 5.00 higher.
Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1 two pkgs 460-470 lbs 252.00-259.00; few
pkgs 500-550 lbs 234.00-243.00. Medium and Large 1-2 few small pkgs 580-640 lbs
210.00-224.00.
Feeder Heifers: Medium and Large 1 pkg 358 lbs 241.00; pkg 439 lbs 236.00; two
