Feeder Cattle Auction Report for 10/26/12

Receipts:  1751    Week Ago:  961    Year Ago:  2255

Compared to last week, feeder steers and heifers under 700 lbs
steady to 3.00 higher, with too few good comparisons on weights over
700 lbs for a market test.  Slaughter cows steady.  Several nice
strings of both calves and yearlings sold with considerably more
yearlings in the offering than in the past couple of auctions.  Despite
