Compared to last week, steer and heifer calves steady to firm, spots 5.00-
10.00 higher on 450-500 lbs. Demand good. Supply light, mostly 400-700 lbs
calves, near 36 pct steers and bulls, 45 pct heifers, 16 pct cows, 3 pct
slaughter steers and heifers and 29 pct mostly heifers over 600 lbs.
Slaughter cows weak to 2.00 lower.
Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1 small pkg 365 lbs 340.00; 440-480 lbs
310.00-330.00, two pkgs unweaned 475-485 lbs 266.00-277.00; pkg 518 lbs 289.00;
550-570 lbs 250.00-270.00; pkg 602 lbs 259.00, two pkgs unweaned 600-610 lbs
237.00-242.00; few pkgs 675-725 lbs 240.00-248.00.
